Perfect addition to our Breakfast style sausages, Vermont Maple is a wonderful Sage based sausage with added taste of Rosemary, Juniper Berry and Vermont Maple sugar.
Our Berkshire Pigs are GMO-Free and Forest-Raised. There are no hormones or steroids in any of our products.
We take pride in raising our animals the Old-Fashioned way. Our pigs live in the forest where they can root around, eat grasss and do the things pigs love to do. They are rotated frequently and grass is seeded behind them as they are moved. Healthy animals make healthy, delicious meat and we know you will taste the difference.
